THE PROCESS Whether the pipe rehabilitation is large or small the basic process is the same.

The Analysis Live connections are located. The old pipe is then surveyed to determine specific material and installation requirements. Closed circuit TV video recordings are analyzed and the appropriate materials obtained.

The Installation The sewage flow is bypassed while the resin impregnated tube is inverted manhole to manhole using water. The water inside the tube is then heated, causing the thermo set resin to harden.

The Permanent Solution After the heated water sets the resin and transforms the flexible tube into a rigid pipe. The water is cooled, the ends are cut and new tight fitting pipe is put back in service while laterals are reinstated with the remote cutting device.
