AFCO's Engineering Specialists are experienced in the design of collections systems. We can provide alternatives for combined sewer systems that adhere to Combined Sewer Operations (CSOS) regulations. We perform sewer system evaluation studies to determine sources of infiltration and inflow problems in order to develop a comprehensive sewer system rehabilitation program, which includes design and construction.

AFCO's wastewater design includes all aspects of collection, distribution, treatment and ultimate disposal of the water we use on a daily basis. The proper management of this natural resource is fundamental to our survival. For this reason, our use of water is strickly regulated to insure the public health and welfare. The Federal Clean Water Act, as well as State and Local Health Regulations, embody the rules and regulations we follow in our design of the many wastewater systems our clients require.

AFCO has the capability to manage entire wastewater treatment projects from the required preliminary engineering report through the start-up phase.
