THE PROCESS
STEP 1 CCTV inspect and clean target rehabilitation pipe to ensure no residues inhibits sealing of pipe liner. Take precise measurements to locate service connection points.	STEP 2 Position liner over manhole and attach to winch cable that has been strung through existing line. Pull liner through a series of rollers that protect the liner from damage during insertion.
STEP 3 Apply controlled pressure to liner which reforms the liner to form to the existing pipe, creating a fit so tight that each joint or offset is visible.	STEP 4 Complete process by reopening the service connection with a remote-controlled cutting device.
