Project Management AFCO's staff is experienced in providing construction (telecommunications) and utilities services for all types of commercial and governmental environments Telecommunications services range from the installation of manholes, reinstallation, rehabilitation of manholes, removal of conduit systems, installation/removal of copper/fiber optic cable, to electronic cable locates. Reconstruction services in wastewater,stormwater collection and water distribution. Utility services include asphalt/ concrete repair, road boring, utility locates, professional utility locates, installation of gas lines as well as installation of water drainpipes.
